Shipping within the United States Only
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is within the U.S. when placing your order.

Production Time

All items are made to order using print-on-demand services. This means that after you place your order, your item will be produced specifically for you. Production typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped according to the shipping times below.

Shipping times may vary, but here are our estimates for orders within the United States:

Please note: Shipping times do not include the 3-7 business days needed for production.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our items are made to order, once your order is in production, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

Dream Anime Team is not liable for lost packages if the incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping information before completing your order. If we make an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order and resend it at no charge.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there is a mistake on our part. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at DreamAnimeTeam@gmail.com.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take 1-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
